Glass partitioning Office partitioning

JJ FOX, an educational recruitment centre with multiple offices located around the United Kingdom, contracted BKS construction Ltd to supply and fit office partitioning systems.

Phase One involved constructing a server room using metal stud partitioning and plasterboard, with a skim and painted finish. BKS also overcame an issue which required the promotion of all natural light available within the below ground section of the office block. As you can see above, the space is divided by the use of a glass partitioning system, which is double glazed at the bottom and open at the top, enabling communication in an open planned office area, whilst providing privacy during phone calls and streaming natural light in a lower ground area.

Phase Two required a corridor to be built dividing the open plan office area from the staircase leading to the upstair offices. The partition was finish with aluminium trim, black shirting, a fire door with 450 x 450mm vision panel and also white glass for privacy.
